Estimio ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Estimio (the "App").

• Upload Content: Photos of job sites that you choose to upload for AI-powered estimates
• Subscribe: Payment information is processed securely by RevenueCat and Apple; we do not store your credit card details

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device information (device type, operating system)
• App usage data and analytics
• Error logs for debugging purposes

Location Information

We do not automatically collect your device's GPS location. If you choose to enter a location for your projects (for localized pricing), this information is stored in your account data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your estimates using AI technology
• Manage your account and subscriptions
• Send you important updates about the App
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services. Your data is stored on Supabase's secure servers.
• OpenAI: AI processing for generating estimates. Project descriptions and photos may be sent to OpenAI's API.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and payment management. Payment processing is handled securely through Apple's App Store.
• Google: Places Autocomplete for address suggestions and OAuth sign-in.

Each of these services has their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's secure cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
